Redefining an ag tech leader
Long-time client, SSI, was taking one of the most dramatic leaps in their history — moving their industry-leading software, Agvance, to a software-as-a-service (SAAS) model and reimagining their user experience. Jump was with them every step of way, starting with evolving the Agvance brand, helping communicate the road map to clients, conducting a user experience audit and designing a new website experience to showcase the virtues of the evolving product.
Across existing and new users
Through insights and planning, Jump crafted messaging to customer personas to aid in adoption of the SAAS model, a key marketing objective. Marketing campaigns featured key enhancements, including a grower portal application and more to entice customers to make the switch. The results — customers migrated to the new SAAS model and in doing so, added new users to the Agvance platform.
Continuing to evolve to drive growth
Jump launched a new web experience for Agvance that features more content to support their enhanced product functionality. We also helped Agvance communicate ongoing updates and changes, as well as reach a growing number of potential new customers.
